  Awful service unprofessional team! Pete especially. The landlord, continuously broken his end of the contract. Communication between tenants, Austin and Wyatt and the landlord has been atrocious. My flat mates and I, have emailed and phoned up about the problems, which include rats, broken fire alarms, damp, mould on the wall, broken shower and heating. We have had to visit the council due to the incompetence of Austin and wyatt and the landlord. Some of the windows have rotten, mouse droppings right next to the electricity meter. It's disgusting. And disgusting from Austin and wyatt.
